President, Housing Finance Strategies Faith Schwartz is a leading housing finance expert who has played a firsthand role in shaping industry best practices and public policy during her 30-year career. As President of Housing Finance Strategies, she serves marquis public and private housing finance organizations with insight, analysis and advisory services.

Previously, Schwartz held executive positions at CoreLogic and Freddie Mac. In 2007 she was recruited to lead HOPE NOW, an alliance formed by the Housing Policy Council and the Treasury Department. As HOPE NOW's executive director, she assembled a coalition of government agencies, lending institutions, nonprofits and trade associations to address challenges of the housing crisis. Faith’s work was instrumental in mitigating millions of foreclosures.

Schwartz has been recognized by Mortgage Banking magazine as one of its 20 Distinguished Industry Women, by HousingWire as a Woman of Influence and Vanguard winner, and received the Five Star Institute’s Lifetime Achievement award. Schwartz is a co-founder of the NEXTDC series and will host NEXTDC20 in Washington, DC on November 8-9. She currently serves on the boards of Gateway First Bank, FormFree, RiskSpan, Class Appraisal and FundingShield.
